Always wanted to try road racing? WHY NOT GIVE IT A GO ?
Geelong Surfcoast Cycling Club (GSCC) conducts road racing events in the beautiful hinterland of Geelong’s Surfcoast region at Paraparap for Masters aged members (30+).
Club events are held:-
- Sundays at 9.00am for all club & visiting AusCycling members
- Wednesdays at 10.00am for our more mature “SuperVet” members (M 60+ / F 50+)
- Thursday evenings at 6.30pm during daylight savings, for all club and visiting AusCycling members, at the Belmont Common Criterium Circuit – Currently Suspended
GSCC is always looking for new “Masters” members to welcome to our great club. Potential members can take advantage of a 4 week Free Trail Membership from AusCycling and try racing before taking out full membership.
GSCC Club Membership
Membership is available through the AusCycling website. The total fee includes club membership ($30), AusCycling affiliation and insurance. Several membership options are available, details of which are covered on the AusCycling website. Members wishing to race will need to select the following option :-
Racing Membership (Race All Discipline option).
Open to riders aged 30 years & over during the year of membership, who meet the membership requirements set out in the club constitution.
Riding with GSCC is a great introduction to racing in a friendly environment that caters for all abilities.
