June 25 Supervets rode a three lap handicap event. Unfortunately the weather conditions were not favourable hence the fall off in race numbers. A small field did however form into a very competitive event despite a strong breeze from the north west. Carl Judd and Peter Ladd from scratch joined the two minute bunch in the first lap and set the pace for the remainder of the race. The duo of Ross West and Chris Colley added their strength to the pursuit of the outmarkers overcoming the deficit with Chris Colley dominating the finish from Ross West and Carl Judd.
